What happens after my free trial ends?: After your 7-day free trial, you'll be prompted to choose a plan. Your data is preserved, and you can continue with any paid plan. No credit card required during trial.
Can I change plans later?: Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.
What's included in the MAU limit?: MAU (Monthly Active Users) counts unique users who connect to your chat instances each month. Users who only read messages don't count toward your limit.
Can I use Chat and Activity Feeds together?: Absolutely! Chat and Activity Feeds are separate products that work great together. Subscribe to both to build rich, interactive experiences.
